1 Definitions and Scope

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing time typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen payment method and the processing time of the relevant provider.

Withdrawals are only allowed to an account or financial instrument registered in the same player's name. waja88 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. • All bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

waja88 offers a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus winnings can be made.

As an illustration: a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150, bringing the account balance to RM250. The player must meet a wagering requirement of RM1,500 (RM150 × 10) before winnings derived from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal. In another scenario, a deposit of RM2,200 will generate a bonus of RM1,500 with a wagering requirement of RM15,000.

• Each player is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• waja88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no direct redeemable cash value.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of bonuses and closure of accounts.

The waja88 VIP programme offers four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2% respectively. Eligibility requirements for tier advancement are based on betting activity and player loyalty over time.

7 Game Rules

Each game on the waja88 platform has its own rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant game rules before playing. By participating in a game, the player is deemed to have understood and accepted the applicable rules.

Game results produced by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be contested. For live casino games broadcast in real time, results determined by the dealer managing the table are final, subject to recording review in the event of a valid dispute.
